There a several ways to contact a Doctor, depending on your location or node that you belong to, and the interactivity you preferer. If the Doctor of your choice belongs to your node (e.g. telecare.gr) then you can contact him directly via the EMF or else you can use the myNetwork tool to find the right Doctor and invite him to your node. Moreover, you can interact with:

  • A telehealth video session that offers live communication between you and your provider and requires your device to have audio and video capability or via
  • Care messaging that entails communicating with your care team through the DoctorsHello myNetwork.

You will connect with a care provider using teleconference technology. Once connected, you'll be able to see and hear your provider just as though you were together in a traditional office visit. Based on this interaction, your provider will assess your condition and make recommendations for your ongoing care.

It is a unique 6-character code that can only be used once and is sent only to your registered mobile number. It serves as your main password that's unique with every login and expires 5minutes after you receive it.

In order to have a Videosession along with your medical folder you will need:

  • an internet connection,
  • a DurusPro™ device with audio and video enabled, or an ATLAS™ account
  • We have a proprietary P2P Videosession Platform but you can also use the external Zoom teleconferencing app or access (optional)
  • finally, test the audio and video in advance of your telemedicine appointment to ensure it can occur. Please also adjust your device settings to allow pop-ups, ensuring any pop-up blocker features are turned off.

In order to connect to a Session:

  • Log in to your DoctorsHello account.
  • Go to the Appointments section and click Appointments and Visits.
  • Click on today's scheduled telehealth video visit.
  • Click one of the 2 Video Visit button (Green or Blue depending on the Doctors choice) and wait for your Doctor. You can do this up to 60 minutes before your scheduled visit, even if your Doctors have not yet logged in.
  • Or you can contact on of Doctorshello Center 24|7 Doctors. They will be automatically checked in. A member of our care team will join your visit shortly to begin the appointment.

Session availability varies depending the provider you select. Upon availability a session may be booked in less than 1 minute.

Initially, your session is confirmed through an email or SMS depending on your node belongs to. System also will remind you of your session again by email. The reminders will include steps and details if you need to change your session.

The cost depends entirely on the Node and provider you select to have consultation session. Each Node and each provider is free to set a price which is displayed in advance and informs the user.
